My experience at The Gateway Varkala was truly unforgettable. The facilities are impressive, with a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea, and the food was exceptional, made fresh with plenty of variety. The staff genuinely feels like family, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. While the service was mostly incredible, there was a bit of inconsistency at the pool area regarding sun-lounger availability that could use improvement. Overall, I felt I received great value for my stay, especially considering the stunning views.
